By using MarkCard (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License & Use

  • The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Pro Mode requires a one-time payment/in-app purchase for full access. Payment is processed through the App Store.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Pro Mode (including pricing) without prior notice.

3. No Data Collection

The App operates offline and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or device information.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and code in the App are owned by Hangzhou Luanlu Several Network Technology Co., Ltd and protected by copyright laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
